COVID 19 UPDATE - From 5th July 2022
SHOWROOM IS OPEN, NORMAL HOURS

With New Zealand now operating in the traffic light system (COVID-19 Protection Framework), EzyLiving has moved to become a Vaccinated Business with all staff in our Retail stores being fully vaccinated.
Auckland
Auckland Showrooms are open: Our Auckland store showrooms have now reopened, but access will be limited to My Vaccine Pass holders and also have restricted showroom space to help us conduct business more safely and efficiently. For anyone without a My Vaccine Pass, click & collect and all other enquiries will still be available at the door. We are only doing this as a health and safety precaution. We will continue with enhanced social distancing and hygiene protocols in line with red traffic light guidelines which includes the regular disinfecting of high contact surfaces like counters, eftpos terminals, demonstration equipment and the requirement for staff and customers to wear face masks (unless exempted) while inside our stores.
CLICK & COLLECT
You will receive an auto email once you placed order online (or it might go to your junk mail). You can come to pickup after 24 hours after you pleased order online (in working days) Or please give us a call before you arrive and ADVISE YOUR ORDER NUMBER (please check your email or junk mail). To avoid disappointment please note that sometimes our inventory record may not accurate, we may refund you if the product your ordered is out of stock. For PREORDER please do contact us before you arrive.
We would appreciate your patience as we are experiencing delays due to high demand.
DELIVERY
Please expect delays due to high demand and extended courier delivery times.
We will do our best to fill and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Most orders will be delivered within 2 to 7 working days. Please wait 7 days before contacting us about non-delivery. Increased demand during lockdown means it is taking longer to process orders. Couriers are also taking longer to deliver parcels. We ask for your patience under these trying circumstances and to please take note of the Delivery Notes below.To ease the demand on the delivery service and to get your order in your hands quicker, we ask that our Auckland customers consider our Contactless Click and Collect option.
DELIVERY NOTES
1. We will do our best to fill and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Courier Post(NZ Post), Main Freight, and PBT Express Freight is currently are back to normal. Most orders will be delivered within 2 to 7 working days. Please wait 7 days before contacting us about non-delivery. 2. You will receive an email from us to let you know when your order has been picked up by the courier or shipped to updating you on the status of your delivery(it might go to your junk mail, please double check). Once your parcel has been picked up by Courier Post please use the link in email to open Track Your Parcel tool to track your delivery.

3. Sometimes orders may be sent in split deliveries. Please check your delivery docket for any notes. Or check which cartons you received.
4. Delivery will be contactless. You will not be asked to sign for your parcel.
5. Payments are shown as pending by your bank when you place the order on our website and then are confirmed at the time of shipping with the amount adjusted for out of stock items or additional freight charges where these have been agreed with you.
PHONES
As our Auckland stores are closed while in Level 4 we won’t be monitoring the phones in those stores. We are monitoring email so please email us. In Level 3 we will back to office and answer the phone, but please be patient as it is not always possible to answer every call when the store is busy. If possible please email us and we will reply as soon as we can.
PAYMENT
Payments are shown as pending by your bank when you place the order on our website and then are confirmed at the time of shipping with the amount adjusted for out of stock items or additional freight charges where these have been agreed with you.
STOCK
