Return & Refund
Ezyliving offers a high standard of quality control and endeavors to ensure that any product released from the warehouse meets this standard. We will gladly exchange any purchase found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt.
Goods damaged in transit
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us at sales@ezyliving.co.nz within 24 hours of delivery. Please do not throw away the parcel or box in which the product came as the freight company may need to inspect it. The damaged parcel must keep in the condition received by you with all original packaging, together with all packing slips. Clear photographs of the damaged product/ parcel will help us to assit you. We bear no responsibility for items not reported as damaged parcel in 24 hours once delivered.
If there are items missing from your order:
You must report it to us at sales@ezyliving.co.nz within 7 days of receiving the parcel; we will investigate with the packer at our warehouse first, and send you the missing item if it is proved to be our mistake. We bear no responsibility for items not reported as missing in the five working days following delivery.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as we do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase. We accept change mind in 7 days of purchase with orginal condition, orginal package, unused and sellable condition.
Faulty product:
If you have purchased a product with us that is faulty or does not meet one or more consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a refund or repair. If the problem is minor and can be fixed, we reserve the opportunity to fix the problem and may seek to repair the faulty item under warranty. If the problem is major or cannot be fixed, we will look to provide a brand new replacement, or provide a full refund.
- Notification of damaged or faulty goods must be received by phone or e-mail within 7 days of receipt.
- Products not received back to our warehouse within 30 days of purchased will not be accepted.
- Products not in original condition are not acceptable for refund.
- Products must be returned to our warehouse in 9 neilpark drive, east tamaki, auckland.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchased is not acceptable.
Warranty information
- Warranty extended to the original purchaser only. Not transferable to any other party.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Warranty does not cover faults caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
- Unless specified the warranty applies to a "normal" domestic environment only.
- Warranty strictly "Back to Base". Customer must cover costs to get the item to our warehouse at 9 Neilpark Drive, East Tamaki, Auckland for repair
- 1 year warranty
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refund take about 3 working days to processs. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping items back to:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please email us the return tracking number once the parcel is sent. We will process your refund request in 3 working days we the product back to our warehouse. Thanks
